White Walled World

An anthem for ancient souls.

WHITE WALLED WORLD
I refuse to live in a white walled world
That runs on a currency of despair
The unending collecting
Obsessively framing
In boxes called buildings
That celebrate sterile decay
A culture of waste burns under fluorescents
Pristinely Void of lions
I refuse to live in a world of thoughts
Designed as a script of complaints
I refuse to fear what they want me to fear
I refuse to be ungrounded
I reserve the right to use my colors, my spells my familial fabric
My senses are my mind
My soul is my brain
I reserve the right to shapeshift
Like Water
I want to live in the uncharted world
Where people sing
Where children are trusted
And the leaves remain on the ground
I choose to live in the beautiful world
Where quiet can be loud
Oh sun of day
Oh moon of night
I was born of the womb
And cared for by all
I am of the sea and nowhere else.
